Grail Builds started with one crew and one philosophy: the work has to hold up, and the people doing it have to give a damn. Today we are the general contractor national chains call for the work nobody else wants to coordinate.

We started in Chicagoland doing commercial coatings and small remodel work. The jobs were clean, the documentation was tight, and FM partners noticed. One regional rollout led to another. Then another.
Today Grail Builds runs facilities programs, retail remodels, and store decommissions for national chains in 38 states. We sub the trades we should — electrical, plumbing, HVAC — through vetted partners on COI and W-9 from day one. Everything else, we do ourselves.
What you get from us in Florida is what you get in Oregon. That is the whole point.
What we believe
COI, W-9, lien waivers, certified payroll, daily photo logs — handled by us, not your procurement team. The work is not done until the closeout package is in the FM portal.
The owner bids your job. The owner runs your job. No regional manager, no account rep, no game of telephone when something needs to move.
A job is not done when we leave — it is done when the punch list is closed, the photos are in, and the FM has acknowledged closeout. Until then we are on the clock.
