Grail Builds is a general contracting firm headquartered in the Chicago, IL area, licensed and bonded for commercial construction work across the Midwest, Southeast, and select national accounts. Florida CBC active.

We provide facilities maintenance, retail remodels, fixture installation, store decommissioning, and commercial coatings services to national retail and restaurant chains, FM partners, and property owners.

2. Services & Bids

All quotes and bids issued by Grail Builds are valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated. Pricing is based on the scope of work documented at the time of bid; changes to scope, site conditions, or schedule may result in change orders.

Work begins after signed contract or written acceptance of bid. We do not warrant the work of subcontractors or trades engaged by the client directly outside of our scope.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are net 30 from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Past-due balances accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by applicable law, whichever is lower. The client is responsible for collection costs, including reasonable attorney fees, on any past-due balance.

4. SMS & Text-Message Program

By providing your mobile number to Grail Builds — through our website contact form, in a contract, or directly to our team — you agree to receive text messages from Grail Builds related to your project, your account, or your inquiry. This is our "Project Communications" SMS program.

STOP: Reply STOP to any message from Grail Builds to opt out of all future text messages. You will receive a confirmation message and no further communications.

Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to receive email or phone communications related to your project.

5. Website Use

You may use the Grail Builds website to learn about our services, view our project portfolio, and submit inquiries. You may not attempt to access portions of the site not made publicly available, copy or scrape site content for commercial use without permission, submit false information through any form on the site, or use the site in any way that violates applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on grailbuilds.com — including text, photography, logos, project descriptions, and the Grail Builds name and mark — is the property of Grail Builds or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. No Warranty

The website is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive to keep project portfolio data and contact information current, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the site. Services rendered under a signed contract are warranted per the terms of that contract; no warranty is created by these Terms or by website content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Grail Builds, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the website, the SMS program, or any services rendered. Total liability under any claim is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated "Effective" date. Continued use of the site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
